Default Happy St. Patrick's Day

I know everybody's "Irish" today.
But how many are still "Irish" the other 364 days of the year like me?

Although the DNA string in eastern Oklahoma gets traifed in the tellin' it would seem I am apparently 1/4 of the "other" Irish. AKA Scots-Irish.
A small article on what that means here;
Scot-Irish - The Other Irish

When Cathy and I were dating her catholic heritage was an issue with the family. I asked her if she had any Irish in her. She said "no,my family is German.
I pressed the issue, "Yuv' got no irish in ya a tal?"

"Nope!"

"want some?"

Fortunately for me she accepted my proposal.

I have heard it said that the Scotts invented whiskey to keep the Irish from ruling the world. This is a complete falsehood. As everyone knows, the only true whiskeys come from Ireland.
