Default Eagles nest, Hatching eggs live streaming

Sorry about all the ADs but if you want to watch proud parents in real time...
Two Bald eagles are impatiently waiting for their offspring to hatch.
Should happen in the next few days.
Decorah Eagles, Ustream.TV: The Raptor Resource Project (www.raptorresource.org) brings you the Decorah Eagles from atop their tree at the fish hatchery in...

Looks like at least one of the little guys has hatched.

I've been watching for hours.

No sooner did he poke it's head out but mom pushed the fledge back under to get warm.
Then, they went OFF AIR?

Bummer.

Sitting at my desk today I was watching the road. The tree was swaying and suddenly I got dizzy.

OK OK more dizzy than normal.

It was really something yesterday with the storm going through.

Thanks for this Franc, I love birds and this will keep me busy today. Just saw a couple of minutes ago that there are two hatched, one is a little bigger than the other. There is also another egg that hasn't hatched but as this point it might not.

Cool! Amazing how busy they keep with the nest.

What's that red in the corner, left over dinner?

For about a week after hatch Mom won't leave the nest much. Pa brings her Breakfast in bed. She will feed off the carcass and then regurgitate it back to feed the fledges.

Once they stark pecking the varmit carrion themselves the parents can wean the fledges from parental "milk"

Gross but effective.
