Default Wings Over Gillespie
Took pics of the local airshow held at Gillespie Field three weeks ago. Vacation got in the way of posting them earlier.

Anyway, it was your typical airshow with civilian, warbirds, and military aircraft on display. There were also several cars and reenactments of military encampments.

Can't have an airshow without that perennial crowd favorite - the B-17.

Can anyone identify #720?

Just a few more. Also can't have an airshow without a Mustang or two.

The Hellcat wasn't flown and the B-17 only went up once to give rides.

Zoomed in for a close up of the pilot in the Zero. Hmmmm, Zero.....

Great Photos Brent. I love Corsairs and Mustangs.......especially when they have wings.
