Another reason to drive a roadster!~

 

Seriously? My family had the avocado green version of that thing and I always hated it. GM basically took a big sedan and tried to make that boat into a sports a car. FAIL!

can't explainit but I alwayd liked the lines. Like a Lambo Contach it just looks straightforward Bad@ss.

 

My dad had a white one with gold trim. Fast and furious and it got the ladies.

I agree. Luv that car.

 

It definately was a cool car in its day and still looks great to me. BTW you can get about 5 kids in that trunk going in the Drive In but you must warn them to keep quiet when the brak lights go on at the ticket gate.

 

Back on topic, notice how this article has more than 3/4's of the people that read it hating it.

This "author" has no idea what he's talking about. Most of the cars weren't that appealing, but they were almost as bland as anything else come out of their respective eras. About 2 or 3 can be called truly ugly.

Notice how in the comments that most people feel the Crossfire is a beautiful car and that the Aztek should forever and always be on lists like these as number one. Hideous things, those cars are.

 

I happen to like everything about the 71-73 Riv's. Behind the wheel the hood looked like it was thirty feet long. The GS Riv was a neat car. Bucket seats, center console and in some cases a different rear end gear and traction control. there was even a rare sunroof option

 

He got it way wrong. The CF should certainly come after the #23 Kia Amanti.

There's more than a few "ugly" cars on that list I would take great pleasure in owning.

 

There's some pretty cool cars on there, with the Crossfire being one of the best looking of course -- not just on this list, but of all times. If you read some of the comments - many of the people posting are saying the crossfire is a good looking car. Who ever made the list has a very limited perspective --- althought there are definately some "unattractive" cars that made the list (IMHO).

 

I thought I was on the SS Impala forum for a moment....lol....

 

The back end of this kind of reminds me of the ME 4-12 - just a little bit.

These lists are made up by people who DREAMED of owning a Camry some day. No imagination, no soul, no heart. Give me my "ugly" car that I dream about. Give me my "ugly" car that makes me feel free when I drive it.

 

Funny, mine makes me feel cheap! And easy!
