Forum outages. :(
This site has had reliability issue from time to time over the last few years. I think once the new ownership moves it to their new environment, and settles it should be much more reliable, and will have a working gallery, plus some new software features such as support for Tapatalk, so you have access from your mobile devices.

It is very useful as it is one application to house connections to all of your favorite online forums.

I am on about a half dozen different forums...and that is just the car related ones.
That doesn't count the tech forums and android forums that I am a member of...
...it is nice to be able to access all of the new posts in each forum from my phone whenever I want and I am looking forward to be able to add this forum to that list as I pretty much only surf new posts when I am on here anyways.

After next week, you can blame it on them....
I have had the same problems over the last weeks but it was compounded by a bug that the computer picked up. This bug switched off the firewall and disabled my anti-virus software. A half hour on the phone with my Internet providers technician in India, with him telling me how to get on line and let him take control of my computer solved the problem.
However as I read later such episodes can leave the IE program damaged, my feeble attempts to correct it only made the problem worse. Windows XP does not allow IE 8 to be repaired from what I gathered before the whole thing failed entirely. Feverish attempts to save what I had only resulted in numerous shut downs and auto reports to MS of the problem.
Faced with reinstalling XP from scratch and then updating to the latest version, service pack #3, assuming I could get on line, I made the decision to upgrade to Windows 7. I went out and got it and came home to find the computer had some newly acquired updates to install. As it went about the install process I opened the software, while doing that I noticed that the install said IE 8 being installed. ****!, new software opened and the computer works just fine without it.
I guess my flurry of problems sent to MS triggered the IE install automatically, now I might as well install the Windows 7. I'll put the XP program with my collection. The collection starts with an IBM PC that runs DOS 3.3, the other computers are gone but that one is a keeper, two floppy drives and all. You get nostalgic just looking at it.
My son is an Apple advocate, we have one the wife uses but I like Windows, but I have no idea why. I guess I like the challenge.
Expensive trip out as I got the software, a new Canon color printer plus a bundle more spent at Costco. I guess someone has to keep the economy humming.

FireFox left me wondering what to do next this morning when I tried it, so I did what all real men do, I deleted the program. Little did I know that was my sole access to the web as IE had expired.
I'll try Chrome, what's the betting FP uses it?
