With the car parked for the winter, gain points at home
This is something that I tried with great success and makes me glad that I tried it. Iam getting ready to start building another house and have been catching up on the little clean up details in my house to make it ready to sell. Want to get the stuff out of the way so when it gets warm again, I can focus on the new abode and BIGGER garage; Yippie.
My double acrylic vanity has gotten used since I put it in 22 years ago, and over time it has gained a dull finish consistant with being wiped down a bunch, things being set on it and on and on... I decided to try using my power buffer and some fine polishing compound that I have used on all my cars and paint jobs that I have done.
WOW, talk about going back in time, the change / improvement was immediate and amazing to me. THe vanity shines like day one and really sparkles like new. Yuppers, this is a great and easy thing to do. There is dust to clean up but that is just a thing.
YOur squeeze will really appreciate the clean clear shine, and may even ask that you do it again cause it looks so good. A safe way to get some brownie points for using the car buffer for the house. Ill up load some photos later, just wanted to pass along this easy hint. Dont think you can do it to granite though.
Enjoy, Woody
