Seals are too easy to club to death, they are going after the polar bears now. It's a good job we have 'free' health care as they are tough suckers to sneak up on and club.

Do you have to still pay taxes when the government is not working? If so I guess the deficit could get paid off much sooner.
Let it be known that this is not a political statement in any way shape or form just a Financial 101 observation.
