If you think you are strong, then try this
with your GF or whatever. Just pick a lightweight, nobody with excess body fat need apply. Ideally slim, trim and strong, good looking is a bonus.

It is quite amazing, to do it is one thing but to do it in slow mo must be extremely difficult.
I bet they both watch her diet.

They are both amazing but the man is one strong individual, not to mention the balance. Probably took several weeks practice.LOL
