Strangely enough I found them on a bamboo fly rod forum, another interest of mine.
Here is an oldie by Neil Simon,the song Kodachrome.

In 1942 I was still a dream in my daddy's mind, but in 1943 around October he realized his dream and I was born one week after D Day.
