Post CAA destinations
Thanks Jim, see you in a few weeks.
The pics remind me of our trip to the Grand Canyon in 2002, it did not start of too well as it started to pour with rain as we got out of the car. The short walk to the canyon rim seemed as if it would be not worth the effort but as we left the shrubs and trees on the car park edge and saw the canyon I am sure my jaw dropped. I do not think I shall ever see something so magnificent again, the canyon was filled with rainbows of all sizes. It appeared as if we were on the lip of another world. I urge any that can to at least see it once.
We saw the Hoover dam previously, and it was as I imagined it, just plain huge. The Grand Canyon was ten times plus what I imagined it.

Incredible photos James !!
I wish I were retired so I could have continued on after CAA and gone to all these places too.
Some much beauty right here in the USA
Thanks for sharing
