Smile I just WON A NEW CROSSFIRE

Hey you all, im new to this forum..you all are not gonna believe this, but I actually won this crossfire though this contest we had at work. They gave me the choice between a black and blue limited, so I went for the black.. I still have to pay the taxes on it though, but that will just come out of my income tax refund. Anyways, Ill put some pics up when I get the car. Probably in about 3 weeks. This site is great. I hope I went with a good color.

Thumbs up Re: I just WON A NEW CROSSFIRE

That's really great! You probably won't have much time to post any pictures because you'll want to drive the car all the time!

But when you run out of gas money.....

....to put pictures into a gallery, click on gallery at the top right of the page, then on the right side of that page, look for "upload photos", click on that and it's pretty self explanitory from there. If you have any problems, just ask. Sometimes it says that it had an error and didn't work, but it does. After the photo should have uploaded, go to the home gallery page and see if your pic shows up in the newly posted pics section. There are still some bugs with the gallery.

Congratulations from a fellow Crossfire winner. I won mine through a nationwide sweepstakes. I sold mine though to pay the taxes and use the leftover $ towards another vehicle. I hate to be a party pooper, but the taxes are going to cost you around $12,000 or so. Still, that's not a bad deal. Unless you've been getting $12k tax refunds the past couple of years, you are going to owe taxes come April 2006. Just take a car loan out on the car, pay the taxes, and you've got yourself a smoking deal.

With you saying that, got me thinking. You spoiled yourself way too young. I think you might never be happy with what you're driving, because there will always be something better, or faster. I guess it's always good to have goals, but I like the saying, life's a journey, not a destination. Find some enjoyment in what you have now, while you look towards your brighter future.

If you look on the thread in the coupe section about who drove what before the xf, you'll see that Bullseye has a lot there for a 21yr. old.

Let's just say that he's not too fond of his XF and can't wait for his next car.
Whatever...

I would be content with a SRT-4. Just the crossfires re-sale value is so lacking making it nearly impossible to attain. But I would have to get a plastic surgeon to remove the smile off my face if I got a 911 Turbo. But as a wise man once said, "It's all in your perspective"

BTW my dad even says the power is Okay, and he hasnt owned the cars I have had.
And all my friends think it is slow. And they are right.
