It seems CSU these days sucks everywhere. Good luck with your problem.

So, the 'new' RA account is the same email addy but with a different password. We'll see if what I ordered will arrive, be what I ordered, and will FIT this time! Not like the 5 parts I ordered the last time, and they refused to take back after I found out the part would not fit and that the webpage posted the wrong part number for my vehicle. I think I'll check their part listing again, and see if the ever CORRECTED the listing errors! Yes, ERRORS. So, to finish, they cut me off after two CSU reps would not adjust, then asking to further up-channel and they closed the inquiry (then today I find out I could not order again because my PW would not be recognized). I then opened a new account with the same email address, just changing my PW, I ordered parts. Now I'll go see if they ever corrected the parts listing that recently was still listing the parts incorrectly. I'll come back here and edit this post and let all know the outcome of the parts search listing either corrected or not.

Figures, they did not correct the multitude of errors on their parts listing for one of my vehicles. How they do business when they ignore obvious parts numbers listings that cause customers problems, I don't know. They should be appreciative that someone tried to help them fix something that costs them money (and pi$$es of their customers with wasted time and a vehicle now out of order until returned to running service). RA CSU are ingrates, asked for up-channeling my issue and after two CSU reps, they not only closed out my issue BUT also locked my account (see above).

Anyone else have a problem with RA on an order? Please, if you didn't, I would appreciate you don't reply. Successful ordering from them is not why I started this post. CHECK CAREFULLY, THE PARTS YOU GET FROM THEM. In the past, they have cost me money and a whole lot of time under my vehicle only to find after partially dismantling something, the dang part(s) were the wrong ones for the application THEY listed it for.

.
I do not think I would order from them again, go to Facebook and voice your concerns. You will hit them where it hurts.

Sad part is, they had pictures of the site parts errors and all they did was close my issue and block my PW. The thanks I should have gotten if they cared, no, site is still listing them wrong.

I saw a part on eBay that was identified wrongly as a a CPS and I told them it was the camshaft sensor. Within the hour they asked what was the CPS number, so I sent the part numbers and photos, they thanked me. Mistakes happen, but you seem to have been treated ignorantly.
