I just got a crossfire a month ago and I just now noticed it. It was just sitting offset on the front end of the car, just under the cars hood. I have no idea what it is, or where it goes.

That is supposed to hold your battery in place from the top. Is anything holding down your battery at the moment?

I have 10,000 pics of my car but this was the best one for the battery hold down. Circled in Yellow. Item #3 in the drawing below.
