I don't understand the point of the app. All cylinders showed the same temperature yet the OBDII reader said there was a misfire. The entire rest of the video never showed the app again and he used live OBDII data to DX the issue.

PS: I'm not so sure the app would work for a wire short since the fuse for that circuit should blow and stop the current immediately. You would have to very quickly scan your entire car while the short is still hot.
