My door panels are off. What can I do?
I have finally taken my car in for my leather interior mods. I'm doing this in two phases. They took the passenger seat and both door panels out. When they are done with that, I'm dropping my car off for a day to do the drivers seat, and re-assemble the parts that came off. So for two days I will be driving the car with no door panels. Hence my question. What mods or improvements should I do to take advantage of my panels being off?
The speakers in the doors are actually pretty good. I don't think they need to be upgraded. I would add sound deadening material such as dynamat.
the dynamat is an excellent idea. while you are at it you may want to put a rust sealant inside your doors in case your window seals ever start to leak.

Be sure all the bolts for the window track are secure and tight.
I recently needed to take mine to the dealer and have a door panel removed to replace a bolt that had come loose and dropped into the bottom of the door. $70 not bad actually.

I am going to do the "best stereo mod for the buck" as well.

FP - I do have something to bring to the table!!! Dynamat can be bought at any car audio retailer. Do it!!! This stuff will make your car very quiet. If you want to spend the money upgrade your speakers to JL audio. Don't take this car to any shop though. Spend a few extra bucks and find the best. Too much little stuff to go wrong. PICS PLEASE!!!

It's amazing what accumulates under the seats uh? I took the picture right after the seat was removed, and didn't have a vacuum handy. But, here it is, clean.
