Default Southern California seat mounts

I just talked to the sales department at Wedge Engineering in Long Beach. (562 633 1663) They say they have about ten people that want mounts to put aftermarket seats in Crossfire's. Their problem is none of the request are from Southern California and they need a Crossfire for a day or two to make the first mount.
This sounds like a great opportunity for someone to get a deal. It would also be a big help for every one else who wants to put seats in a Crossfire, since there does not seem to be anyone in production making these mounts.

thats because you can easily modify your stock mount by drilling 2 holes. most seats on the market use the same width as our seats so you will only have to drill for length which also means you can still put the stock seats back in. hope that helps ya save a couple bucks!

IRWIN, I do not think that will work with my power seat's. I would like to do this plug and play. Pre-made mounts would let me swap seats in ten minutes any time I wanted. I have had them out and thats easy, figuring out how to use the power seat mounts on manual seats is beyond me. I will build them myself if I have to, but I would rather not. I would like to find a wiring diagram for the power seats. Let me know if you see one.

Thanks maxcichon. That index is much easier to read than the same one in the manual, print size helps.

yeah thats when things get tricky, you should only need a power and ground to operate your new seats rather than hacking in the factory wiring. ive never needed power seats i dont let anyone else drive my cars so once i find the sweet spot thats where it stays. good luck on your venture! oh one more thing, you might be able to source some mounts out of a wrecked car you could modify, i see cars getting parted out on ebay all the time mayb one of these folks would be able to get you some, just a thought.
