Default Help!

Ok, so I have a speaker box in the rear. The box at the time wasnt fixated to anything and slid around and scuffed the interior trim in the rear. The "cheap plastic" rear panels. I also have another problem. I had to remove those panels when installing the wiring for subs, and those cheap little clips that hold the molding in place broke off. Is there anyone who can tell me a good solution for (A) repairing the scuffed interior and (B) repairing the loose interior body panels. Can I order new clips and re-install the panels?

Please any help would be great.

Repairing the plastic panel is difficult - that's the problem with plastic - no buffing and painting etc.
Clips you can buy from the stealership or probably any auto parts store.

Obvioulsy you'll lose the grain if you sand them. Which may cause unaesthetic areas of grained and ungrained plastic next to each other. Depending on the material - it may be TPO (the back of the panel will tell you), in which case, getting paint to stick to it AND stay on is VERY difficult. Try a salvage yard - most Xfires have front end damage, so the trunk may be OK. If it's not that badly scuffed, leave it.

Do yourself a big favor and bolt down your sub box. Even a minor crash will turn a loose box into a deadly wepon that can take your head off.

Well, the box isnt large enough to come through the pass through but it is rather anoying having it slide around on hairpin turns. So that may be my next move.
