has anyone had there key tumbler come out when you turn the key and pull the slightest bit out? My wife said she had it happen to her and I thought she was crazy.....then the next day I tried it and boom it will pull the whole key tumbler right out on the end of the key.........

 

It's the first I've heard of that. Do you have a warranty?
