You should thank your car, if it didn't catch that, you would have gotten bitten.

OH MY GOSH! i don't care how small it is. that thing would scare the living H*** out of me if i saw that in my car. thank god here in illinois i only have to deal with spiders. man thank goodness it was dried up because if it was alive you could of had to take you and your scorpion infested car to the doctor!

Man, mtz85. I can't imagine what I'd do if I found a freakin scorpion AND a hugh penny in my cabin filter. What are the odd's of that?

Just a reminder (I often forgot myself) that when you shut off the car after running the AC if you hit the Recirculator switch after you shut off the car it runs the fan for about 5 minutes and really helps cut down on AC mildew smell.

Maybe the scorpion was hitching a ride to the bank to deposit his penny and the poor guy never had a chance to make his deposit. You did him a favor, in this economy that penny woudl have been long gone anyway.

I've had the smelly vent issue on and off for months now. The Chrystards can't figure it out, I'm going to change my cabin air filter too. They didn't even know my car had one. I'm surprised some of them are allowed to work a full day and aren't on disability.

Is the smell gone completely now??

Cast that scorpion in polymer and make a key chain out of it. Be a good ice breake with the ladiesr. "Oh yeah that was in my air fillter. Now take your shirt off."
