It would be nice to have alcantara/suede inserts and have more padding put in the bolsters for more support. or just buy new seats

"FP" had his seats reupholstered, and "SRT SIX" had some work done to his as well. Both look really nice.
With a Base car, most people who want to change their seats usually just purchase seats out of a Limited or a SRT from a salvage company like LKQ.

addict, I see you have a base XF as well. I bought mine because it did not have the leather seats in it (too much weight and my little *** slides around in them through the twisties) but after riding through the Dragon in a few SRTs, the suede really started looking better and better.

I went to a local company and talked to them about doing a 1 color suede (synthetic suede, much easier to take care of, no stains either) but like Infinite said, having them add a lumbar support and a few other little 'touches' like diamond stitching and they wanted $1,200 to do both seats. I do not think this is a horrible price, but I will keep me eye out for other options.

Hope this helps.

Don't usually care for these, but maybe if I did the same as FP and redid the centers with black alcantara, that would be awesome. PM me and let me know how much you want for them, if you are not too far away, I would consider it...
