Default Black Electric Window Switches

Hello,

I have read the other threads related to this particular topic, but no part numbers are listed. I really need black electric window switches to finish off my interior.

I have seen the below on ebay, they seem to look right, but there are so many different types:
MERCEDES CLASS C ELECTRIC WINDOW AND MIRROR SWITCHES on eBay (end time 24-Sep-10 15:16:58 BST)

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Regards

AR

PM Rudy (Rcompart ) or Bryan (Beaner) they'll be able to give you a part # or at least let you know where they sourced their's.

You need these. There are other ones that look the same but it has to be this style switch.

1998 MERCEDES Benz E420, Right Rear Power Window Switch: eBay Motors (item 120405897562 end time Sep-05-10 10:18:56 PDT)

1998 MERCEDES Benz E420, Left Rear Power Window Switch: eBay Motors (item 120405898657 end time Sep-05-10 10:20:44 PDT)

They're not cheap but they're not dealer expensive either. These are the same ones I had in mine which are now in beaner's car.

You actually use the black switch cover over your existing switches. Pop off the silver ones and pop on the black ones and you're all set.

Thanks for the help rcompart.

Do you think these ones might work:

MERCEDES S CLASS N/S REAR ELECTRIC WINDOW SWITCH on eBay (end time 16-Sep-10 15:15:29 BST)

Why wouldn't the slk buttons work? Mine are black in my slk and the interior is just shy of identical

That's a good point! I was thinking that the Crossfire switches probably have a mercedes part no. and if I order them through Mercedes, they will be black!

I bought them the first go around and they are different and don't snap over our switches so I'd stick with the ones I posted earlier as I know those work.

Well shouldn't the connectors be the same? Except I guess my slk has auto up as well which is something the crossfire doesn't have. So maybe the connector is different

Does anyone please have the part number for the right switch so I can order them in the UK?

If I call Mercedes and ask for the rear window switches from a W210 E Class, I take it this will be the right switch?
