Dash Pieces dipped!
Time for the dash pieces to get dyed! I think SRTSIX was the contact person for getting the pieces dipped. Is this still true or does anyone know where I should be sending my pieces to? Thanks in advance for the help!

The process is also referred to as hydro-graphics. You can check local to see if anyone offers the service. Be sure to look at their work and check their history.
My guy charges 60 cents sq" check what you can get it for.
If you want us to do it send me a PM.

The jury has returned and the vertict is given! Hydrographics is simply the best thing you can do for your interior dash pieces. The turn around time for 11 - 13 pieces was two weeks. And it is absolutely gorgeous! Special thanks to Karl ( SRTSIX) for making this happen. I am almost done with the install and will load some pics tonight or tomorrow. Sorry if it sounds like I'm excited!!!!

Hi Pat,
Happy New Year to ya! Looking forward to seeing you again too. right now I am trying to get through some medical problems.
The dash pieces look great! Darn ashtray doesn't want to stay closed now so I am looking for an alternative solution! Like maybe a bin that would fit that area to keep my thumbdrives in!

Maybe it is just me being overly picky, but a couple things that jumped out at me immediately..... The angle of the ashtray piece and the piece to the right of that are at a different angle than the piece above them, and the pieces below(around shifter) are at a 180 degree different angle than the rest of the overlay pieces. I know that I am **** about stuff, but it would bug me knowing that everything is not at the same angle.
You are correct in your assessment. The front pieces are angled bottom right to top left and the console pieces are bottom right to top left. The ashtray cover is skewed a little from the rest of the front console! I can't be mad about it though because I never saw it until you pointed it out. Even with those details that you pointed out; it still looks way etter than the stock silver in my opinion! I'll just be sure to keep the lights down low inside!!!

No matter, it looks nice.
Yes, but would be quite expensive at 60 cents per sq "

Your new trim looks awesome James but I have to ask, what's up with the paint scraper? Too much ice to put the top down one morning?
LOL Can't wait to see it at one of the meets this year.
Karl, something I've always wondered was if the company you work with could tint the buttons a darker shade for when people have this done?
