Seat won't go up or down???

Seat won't go up or down???

My seat is manual. It is broke and is all the way up. is there any way I can put it down easily.

Let maxcichon's son sit in it, he would dress out at around 335 pounds.
Seriously, is it truly a manual seat as in a base model, or is it manual because it is electric and broken ?
