Default Seat Heater

Has anyone got any experience with the carbon fiber seat heaters? Some say they are better than the tungsten alloy wires,
My driver side seat went out last Monday, one minute it was OK and the next it was not. I never use the car in the cold normally but I had the car out early for the e-test.
I imagine it is the heating pad and not the module as it is just the seat heater, I'll check out the power though before I do anything.

Yes Dave, I have experience.
I have 2 brand new sets still in the box. I was going to attempt replacement, but chickened out!
More trouble than it's worth here in the sunny south, but I can see where you might need them up in the frozen hinterlands of the north.
You want mine ?

I use my seat heater year round. Great on my back. Seat fits me good and comfortable, a sore back from work just take a drive turn the seat heater on and all good.
