AC and heater Fan/blower quit working

AC and heater Fan/blower quit working
I have had my 2005 Crossfire Convertible for about a month now. I am not sure of the correct terminology for this, but the fan that blows for the AC, Heat and Defroster just quit working. No matter which mode I put the climate control in, and what level, the fan will not come on. Ideas??

1. bad blower motor resistor module.
2. fan clogged with leaf debris.
3. fan motor kaput.
4. A/C control module has the documented connection issue, or is FUBAR.
