Does anyone know what the original floormats actually were? I'm guessing the 'standard' Berber one [no logo/plain].

I have seen the floormats with the Chrysler Logo along the side and would like to know if these were 'upgrade' oem mats.

I will include a photo for those not familiar.

 

I think your guess is correct. My ‘05 and ‘07 came with black berber mats/no logo. I bought a set from a dealer that look the same as the one’s in your pic.
