I have a 2005 roadster with a bad drivers door rattle when the door is being closed. It appears that the upright toward the rear of the door glass is not secured at the top, causing the rattle anyone have and fixed this issue?

 

Problem found. Regulator cable end not secured near top rear of door loose nut allows mechanism to float and rattle when closed.. resecured in u-bracket and tightened nut. Had to remove inner window felt to see and access to find and fix this.
