Are you aware the windshield trim is different based upon whether it's off of a Roadster or a Coupe? The left and right side trim pieces are the same on the Roadster and Coupe, but the center piece is different based upon the rubber gasket that runs the entire edge for the coupe that butts up against the roof to seal the seam, avoiding water leaks (Part# ending in 087). The Roadster center piece does not have this rubber strip (Part# ending in 187), since it seats into the existing rubber of the top of the windshield.
If you advertise it correctly, it will avoid any issues to the potential buyer.....
That should sell at that price
Just my 2 cents.

I know the coupe has the rubber gasket. But even without the trim itself, I don't see how it could leak. James

That would be nice, you could also have stated it in your response,
We still don't know.

I think he has a red roadster, but as you say he forgot twice to mention it.
That is something I would do.

For the record, I have a 05 SSB SRT Roadster and the top piece has a rubber gasket attached. Soooooo - they must be interchangeable.

Success, I always check that any changes do get posted correctly.
I do find that when I post something I see any errors straight away even when I have carefully proof read it before posting.

Pry them up with a trim tool, sides first.

What JSK said. For the top piece, gently pry the top of the drivers side end first, then work your way across.

Yes they pop back on. While they are off make sure all clips are secure on the body and on the trim.

Consensus among the knowledgeable, use 3M tape in several spots on the top piece to improve chances of not losing them.
