Hey neighbor! Ed Wheeler from Robson Ranch CC Denton. Just introducing myself. Looking for a car club that accepts Crossfires. We have a club here at Robson called the Rollin' Ranchers. Most of the guys have their heads up in the Corvette's butt and didn't know anything about Crossfires, especially that there was a SRT-6 version that would whip most Corvettes in the club. Mine is a 2005 SRT-6 Roadster 56K miles. DM me back if you are aware of any car clubs in N FW or Denton county.

I live in Grand Prairie Tx. I have a 2005 roadster that needs a new top. I went to the BAS website and they offer a pvc or mohair for the vehicle.

1. Which is best for the crossfire?

2. Do you know of someone that can do the install of the replacement top ?

is there anyone out there that can help me with the cables and routing of cables for the two closeout wings .The widow I bought the car from late husband pulled them out cause the ends broke. He took whole cable housings out. I have cables and going to put new ends on them but have no clue how the route. I am currently working on replacing all hyd components from top hydraulics

Interesting reading your post about job change, and moving to Lowell ---My youngest daughter and family live in Rogers---their home is very near Lowell. My son-in-law has a Corvette restoration shop at their home---Hedges Corvette---web site will tell you details. We visit them several times a year---perhaps I could let you know when we will be in Rogers---buy you a cup of coffee---talk xfires---We had a cabin for about 10 years on Beaver Lake---about 10 miles (as the crow flies) from Eureka Springs--went their many times --mostly Corvette shows.
Also--------sometime perhaps when you are settled in your new location and job----my 05 roadster top does not work---I have read many posts on the forum concerning top problems/solutions and know you are the resident expert---I am at loss as to what to check next---maybe after the new year--I will PM you with details if thats ok.
