Chicagoland meet photos 10/21/07
(7) Seven Crossfire and owners got together today for lunch and a cruise. We met at Champps in Schaumburg and then headed to Lake Zurich to Hackney's for lunch. Then we continued on up to Volo, Ill to the Volo Auto Museum. We received a bit of attention as we rolled into the parking lot and drove through to the back where we parked for some pictures. We had five SRT6 Crossfires and two Coupes. The weather was great as it was sunny and 77 degrees which is unseasonably mild for this time of the year.
Many thanks to those who attended today...

Thanks for posting the pics. Me and the wife had a blast. We took the back roads all the way home and had a great drive. Too bad the weather is getting bad but next spring we will have to do a few more of these. Everybody that showed up was real friendly and all the cars looked great. Keep in touch.

Matt thanks for getting this G.T.G. started and Gary thanks for pulling it all together, Janet and myself had a great time. I must admit I was a little leery about going, since I'm not a real people person, but everyone was totally cool and real friendly. I look forward to the next one, not sure if we can squeeze one more in this year or not but if it turns into next year then I'll be there. To anyone who didn't go because they weren't sure if they'd have fun or not, I say give the next one a chance I think you'll like the folks you'll meet. Riot your parents are way cool and maybe I'll run into you at the Island if I don't see you before that. It was good meeting everyone.

I would have never guessed you were not a people person though.
It was a good day and I intend to continue trying to organize these meets and I to encourage others to come out and join us.
