I saw an AB roadster with the top down on Corporate Woods Pkwy. in Vernon Hills at about 5:15 PM today, driven by a pretty lady. I was driving my Mini so I had no excuse to wave.

 

Went to church this morning and parked right next to a red Crossfire roadster. I've never seen it at church before. I left a XF business card on his windshield. I hope he/she joins the forum.

 

Well after Mass we headed to Lake Geneva for lunch. We pulled over at Crandell's for lunch in route, and saw another red roadster headed in the same direction we were on Rt. 47. It had Illinois plates, so I wonder if it was the same car as we saw at church. We gave each other the wave.

 

Saw two this weekend. I took a trip down to St. Louis to see my cousin's new baby. I saw a red roadster on my way back to Chicago on 55N. Gave the wave, got the wave. Forum member?

Then I also saw a yellow coupe going the opposite direction, though obviously I could not make contact with that one...

Surprisingly these were the only two crossfires I saw in the 800+ miles of driving this weekend.

 

Silver coupe on near Prospect rode in front of Alexian Brothers Medical Center going towards Addison. Around lunchtime.

Red coupe with the spoiler up in Addison on Lake St and Addison Rd around 1.

Other day black roadster in Crystal lake, no front plate, was a black interior, spoiler down, very shiny chrome front grill, stock wheels.

Did you get a close look at the interior? It could have been me, but I have orange trim on my interior. Was the top up?

 

I just flew by on the intersection, saw the back of someone's head looking away, no passenger, I only saw the top of the headrests to be black, couldn't see below shoulder level. Top was up, it was too cold for top down weather lol. Do you have a chrome grill?

Edit: looked in your gallery, looks just like yours, I didn't catch the rear plate tag though, but it loks just like yours, I didn't see the orange part of your seats but that was too low to see.

Even ran with a Srt8 Challenger on 55 for awhile.

 

Silver Coupe in Elk Grove Village leaving from Alexian Brothers Hospital going to Itasca, female driven. Around 11:30ish AM.

 

Was she hot? Did she wave?

 

She was elderly, not decrepid and falling apart but you can tell her millage way high up there. She didn't even notice that I drove by in the same car, I pulled up next to her and wanted to wave but she didn't look my way. BaH!

She looked like she was 120 lol, I'm sure she wasn't but she had the white hair thing goin' on and the hunched over the steering wheel thing. Lets say she looked like she belonged in a Cadillac instead lol. I'd say once your over 65 your , you know the 55 year old guys are still those young party animals with whom I'm best buds and just think they are the life of the party........they rock.....you woulden't happen to be that age would you? LOLOL

 

This morning around 11:00 AM I saw a red XF roadster driving into Citi Bank in Crystal Lake. I think I've seen this one before parked around town.

 

At about 1:30 PM today, I saw a SSB coupe heading west on RT 62 in Barrington Hills. Could have used a wash .

 

was it an srt? that could have been me i was around there. and my car is very dirty
