Anyway, passed Matt (zahhman?) up on an empty desolate road in the middle of an industrial district in Wood Dale today by chance. He wasn't doing the speed limit, *tsk tsk*

Stalker.... LOLOL, JK, I ride by on my bike there all the time I'm not sure how I never noticed your car, I guess I never really expected to look. Today in the morning while riding by I actually spotted the spoiler sticking out behind something. Cheers Matt.

 

Like I told you earlier Mike, too bad you aren't a cute girl...those are the stalker types I like.

I was gonna say earlier, I am pretty sure that even the dummies in my office would have let me know if there was a another crossfire...but probably wouldn't have alerted me if it was just a bike...although it would be akward for a bicycle in our parking lot.

one of the managers in my office said to me the other day, "how did you get a porsche"

i just kept telling her it wasn't a porsche, she wasn't buying it...idiot.


hopefully tomorrow and sunday there will be some good crossfire sightings...open house and GTG FTW.

 

Yesterday Thursday at 3:00 PM I saw a gray coupe heading west/south on rt 60 and Butterfield Rd in Vernon Hills.

 

On my way home last night; about 6:00 PM I saw a base roadster merging into my lane on Rt 59, from Rt 12 in Wauconda. She was behind me and at Roberts Rd. I stopped at the light. She pulls next to me and says "nice car". I gave her my CICCI/Crossfireforum business card, and asked her to join. Lets see if she does.

 

I have seen a couple XFs' in the past week.

Saw an alabaster one on my way to Eurochargedin Plainfield. Saw her on Rt.59, then on 95th, then on wolfs crossing...which is literaaly right down the road from Eurocharged...

unfortuantely it was one lane so I could get up next to her.

Yesterday I also saw an aero blue coupe with mesh grille on s.ardmore near the post office. pulled up next to him, said hey, asked if he was on the forum, he said no, i told him to get on.

then said bye.

 

I went for my morning coffee at our Start Bucks downtown Crystal Lake and noticed an SSB coupe pulling in. It was driven by a lady who parked it at the far end of the lot, as to avoid a ding. That told me she must really love her car. So I waited for her to get close and struck a conversation with here about her car. She told me she had seen me before in town. I gave her my card. She seemed excited and is going to talk to here husband tonight about the forum and the club. She seemed interested in the GTGs.

light silver or light blue color at the Just tires on North ave and 83. across the street from me.

 

Metallic grey or whatever my color is called identical twin (except auto) at the PAnera on North and York today, older gent, had another guy passenger and a female, ya, they were 3 personing it lol.

 

That's funny... would be even funnier if it was a business lunch haha.

 

I'm not sure, I had my helmet on so couldn't talk much but I said I have a Crossfire too and have the same issue except I usually keep the girls in the trunk.

It was a Crossfire sighting weekend for me. I saw more Crossfires this weekend than I have seen in 4 months.

Friday - saw a red coupe on Roberts Rd. In Barrington Lakes going east bound at about 5:00 PM.

Sunday - saw a red roadster in Crystal Lake while on my way to St. Thomas church, on OAK St.

Saw at the corner of Barrington RD. and Algonquin Rd. a red coupe (could have been the same car I saw Friday), and a SSB coupe. Had I've been driving my Crossfire that would have made it three at one intersection all going in a different direction. That I've never seen.
