Colorado Crossfire Club - Club "flag"
Re: Colorado Crossfire Club - Club "flag"
I would purchase some of those and I am not a club member! All of them look good, especially the one at the bottom. James

I'm was thinking of the first one for our signatures. I can email anyone a jpg. if you guys think it will work for you?
First one could also work for screenprint or polo or cap embroidery if we wanted to go down that road at some point. Have had past experience with this stuff when I lived in LA a few years back.
The last one would be for our cars. Wanted something simple, elegant and most of all exclusive! Trying to figure out a couple of different ways to produce this, it would have to be small numbers.

Anyone interested in something like this? These would be minted nickel emblems. It would take about a month to produce overseas. Minimum order is 50, that would give us 25 sets, estimated price of $450. If we do a group buy with 25 members its only $18 per set (2). Any thoughts?

Ya I don't think we even have 15 members. It's going to be a hard sell. Smaller numbers only means we would have to pay more and have extras leftover. 50 is the smallest order.
Time to start recruiting, open it up to everyone... visitors, transplants, your Grandma, etc.
OR... we change the design and copy to say "Crossfire Forum Club" and do the Mother of all group buys!

Thanks - you just gave me an idea- since we only need a small number for our group, it might give us a little more negotiating leverage if we combine one or two larger regions with group. Might be able to get ours under the min. 50? Just a thought.
The biggest problem I see is getting everyone to agree on one design, (it gets ugly when there are lots of options, with lots of opinions).

Very nice job on the final design.
As a graphic artist myself it's been fun to watch your designs evolve. I really like the end product (1st and 3rd). You've got a great combination of elements now that are a good match to the CCC.
I'm interested in the metal/3rd design idea if it remains the way it looks now. The design is tailored to Colorado, I think it'd be a mistake to try and make it generic again. You'd need to do a completely different design. Maybe continue looking at production options (other companies, materials)? It'd make a great keychain...
Also interested in the patch, caps, etc. idea for the 1st design.
Please keep us updated.

Thanks Bat! I'm going to look at different production options for the emblems to balance price vs quantities. May take a little time. I agree the final design works the best for all applications. I just want a quality piece if I'm going to stick something on my car. I'll keep work'in on it!
