I am trying to put something together a meet on the 26th or 27th of May. If there is interest from anyone in the central Indiana area. Just PM me or post here to let me know. I would like to form an Indiana Club if you will. This has been tried before, but, not in awhile. Since we have a lot of new members to the forum, I thought we would try again. I know I am an old fart, but, believe me when I tell you I will never act my age. So, come one, come all....Let's do this...and have some fun.

 

Doc, I'd join the Ind. Club. As for the 26th or 27th of May I work OT until 6pm on the 26th and 24 hrs on the 27 but I'm game for the evening. I'll participate as much as possible. Your only as old as you feel.

 

My memorial day weekend is booking up fast with a trip to Harford City on Sunday evening, and a graduation party on Saturday afternoon. I'm glad to see someone taking initiative to get this thing running Keep me posted if you come up with a time/place and I'll try to be there if I can squeeze it in.

 

Doc, that is one of the few weekends Molly and I still have free, let me know what you are thinking and we will do our best to join everyone.

Doc, what do you think about heading to the Mecum auction on Saturday night? Molly and I are heading down tonight to check it out, but on the weekend, it is a bigger production. We have gone the last few years and it is a cheap, very fun time. Let me know what you think, it is only about a mile from my house, so if need be, we can park at my place and take Molly's SUV to the event...

My wife had laid mention to something about an auction going on at the fairgrounds. Said something about if I wanted to go to that tonight.

 

Went to Mecum Wednesday and Saturday night, what a blast.

It was dead around 11PM so they invited us up to the front row (special 'gold' section) and we got to get up close with the cars and speak to the auction people for about 20 minutes, very cool indeed...

 

Yeah, you can count me in if you are going to head north of Indy...I love Indiana roads and I like Auburn area....we still should plan a trip around there for Labor Day...I'm not too far from the Mi/Ind line.

 

I hear you, Judy, but it seems like every time I try to organize something, or even invite people to something already going on, there is no response
