For those folks in the Denver area or north, meet at the gas station at Lincoln and E. Oswego at 10AM. For those in the Colorado Springs area, meet at 11AM at the Garden of the Gods Visitor Center.

From the Garden of the Gods we will drive to Caņon City for lunch.

Hey all. Well i finally have all the bugs worked out of new wheels and tires to replace the cracked front that i had. So hopefully, next time we plan an outing I can finally attend Anybody need factory wheels and some partial worn treads?

 

Great to hear! Hopefully we can do a run in March.

 

I think we should all plan on being at Bandimere speedway on the 24th of April for the opening day of the Colorado State Patrol sponsored drag runs. The entry fee is only $30 for all the runs you want to make. We did this last year and it was quite fun and informative for all. This is enough advance notice and it is a Wednesday night so everyone that wants to has time to mark it on their calendar.

Sounds like a good plan. If I decide to insure my roadster with Hagerty, I may not be able to drag race. I would be happy to show up and film everyone's races.

 

You can't get off that easy Evan......I'll bring the extra srt with me and you can make some runs in it. That is if I still have it by then. Most likely will tho I think it may become a test bed for some custom stuff I have been thinking about. Anyway we can have a banner for the CCC up there and show our club off if we want to go that far.....also the first car show up in Golden should be lots of fun and an opportunity to have the club recognized as well as your Parker show Evan........make the rounds at most of the big car shows this year if anyone is up for it.

 

I think we should hit the Golden Super Cruise at least once this year. There will be plenty of other car shows for sure. I'll see if I can find a local Cars N Coffee event as well.

 

The first super cruise this year in Golden is May on the 4th.....lets try to have a good showing. Everyone who feels like showing up post and we can keep a running list. If you have never been to 1 of these then it is a car lovers dream all makes and types of cars, trucks and motorcycles show up and drive through Golden and everyone sets up along the route and watches and interacts. Not to be missed and the 1st 1 is always the best because everyone has cabin fever and can't wait for the first run.

Ok everyone this is April and that means Bandimere on the 24th. Would like to know who all is planning on being there. I will be there Tom said he will show Evan said he would show up and maybe run. Who else? great time to see what you and your car can do.........don't be a wall flower!
