Since there are about 2000000000 Crossfires in michigan... we should all get together sometime soon! Like before November 6th... and have a meet up at a local bar or something special!!!!

It's too hard to plan stuff like that, I don't like taking my car out in the rain, and yesterday it was nice, I drove with the top down, and the leaves were dropping in it!

 

nov 6th = my car heading to the pole barn for the winter

 

I'll be in Chicago on the 6th.

I'm REALLY busy this time of year, and way behind on a lot of things I need to do...

Sadly, I'm going back to driving my slow, bouncy, bad brakes having Blazer soon. Funny, I liked it just fine before?!?!

 

I'd also like to meet up soon. I vote for an establishment that does not require you to be 21, as I know of at least two others who are also underage. If someone has a good idea for where and when, throw it out so we can plan.

 

I'm down, lets do this, November is a hairy month, but I am sure I can work it in, we should meet up somewhere on woodward..

 

well i live in lake orion... actually, there was an autocrossing event up at great lakes crossing today. didnt know about it till i passed, and saw 2 vipers.... unfortunately, i couldnt stop in, i had to be places. REALLLLY wanted to tho.
Yeah im underaged as well, so no bar for a while.

 

yah i was there like all the other Xing in michigan ... it was rather small area like always at GLC but eh... it was autocrossing and still a thrill!

 

I'm in, if you set something up.

Weather is getting nice around Detroit. We should all meet up sometime. I'm open for suggestions. It seems there is plenty of interest!

 

Hey I'll still come out and look at the Xfire... there are so damn many in Michigan now though... its unbelieveable!!! I see them almost as common as a mustang!

That's why I own the only 35th Anniversary in michigan so far.

I'm up for a Crossfire meet, absolutely! I'm a member of www.contour.org and we have had MANY meets in the past 5 years. Even though I've sold my 2000 Contour SVT I have many friends over there. Being a bit older than most of the other members its fallen on myself to set up meets, so I have experience there. We always tried to have them at a variety of spots around town, usually around good restaurants! Dave and Busters was always a good choice, along with Mexican Village and Belle Isle for its scenic views and drive. I'm up for new spots too, so yes, lets do this.....soon!
