flew past red cpe yesterday on 84 near hartford ct

 

I spotted a gold convertible getting off I-84 near the West Farms mall in West Hartford, CT yesterday.

I'd never seen the gold color before. It looks good.

 

I saw an Alabaster Limited Coupe on Rt.1 in South Kingstown today headed north about 9:30am this morning. If I had not just been standing next to mine two minuites before that, I would have figured mine was stolen. I RARELY see any Crossfires in this part of the woods, let alone my clone.

Parked next to a black roadster today in fitchburg. I left my card on the window and they left a message saying they would check out the site. They also said they had just purchased the car. Maybe we will have another GTG buddy.

 

I stand corrected!!
Have now seen a Black coupe, Red vert. Aero blue vert, Grey coupe, Yellow vert and that same White coupe in the last week.
I guess the nice weather is bringing them all out.

Paul, you need to let them know about NEX. It would lend a hand to us getting more members. I try to leave my card on a parked Crossfire if at all possible. Barring that, I always flash my lights and give them a wave, in hopes I will see them again, after all that is kind of how I met you. Then you went out and bought one just like mine.

I haven't seen as many as you but I was on my way back from Providence and saw one on Elmwood ave. at this little eatery, I couldn't stop then but I'm going back soon. It was a red roadster, clean and neat, also saw a graphite coupe and a black coupe while I was at a light at Bald Hill rd.

BTW, Bill Jefferies is doing a cruise night every Thursday in Wakefield, at his old Dodge dealership (now closed). You know, next to Speedcraft VW.

Can't go this week, but maybe next week and I know there should be at least one Crossfire (other then mine) there.

Paul, I usually do the cruise night at Coesett Inn on Thursday weather permitting.
It's nice and you can win a $25.00 gift certificate by answering trivia questions. Not too hard and not too easy. Fun and some great cars.

I know Bill and would like to go some thursday night. I would just have to plan it for later in the summer.

Spotted a white coupe on Route 6A while cruising the Cape with my wife this morning. Anyone we know?

Gee Stan it could almost have been me and the wife. But we didn't leave the house in Narragansett, until after 12:00 this afternoon.
Started in Falmouth and worked our why up to Dennisport and back to Hyannis. Hit the Olive Garden (Hyannis) around 6:30 and just got home via Rt 195, 95, 4& Rt 1. (8:00) The only other Crossfire I saw the entire trip was a Red vert sitting on a used car lot on Rt 28.

Seattle-Tacoma Washing must be the crossfire capitol of the US. I saw 14 different ones there in 6 days.

 

Saw a nice silver cpe. tuesday morning on my way to work. Holden area.

 

I'm on the road for the better part of my work day. I've been seeing more and more Crossfires each week. I'm seeing more coupes than roadsters. I'm seeing some parked at the same places which would indicate it's probably the owner's work place.

Saw a blue roadster getting on Rte 95S at exit 9 in Sharon yesterday. Another blue roadster parked at a hardware store on Rte 123 in Easton, MA. A black coupe was spotted on Rte 24 heading north in the Brockton area a week ago. A blue coupe parked at a business also on Rte 123 in Easton. All the vehicles had MA tags.

SSB cpe. in the city of gardner yesterday. Of course we were in the Hyundai again! God dam rain better stop soon or I will go nuts!!!

 

Nice alabaster cpe. this morning in rutland on 31 north.

 

Just got back from a trip to Nova Scotia where I saw only one other Crossfire Coupe. It was an Aero Blue one with a nice lady driving. I was in Iverness and was heading out to find a place for supper when I turned a corner she was there coming the other way, I downed my window as did she and we both said "nice car" I asked where she was from and she told me Sydney, it happened to be the place we left the night before. That was the only other one I'd seen.
As an aside, while we were in Nova Scotia, more people came over to look at my car, while it was parked, while we were driving, in almost every place we went, it attracted a crowd. Everyone wanted to know what it was, what it cost and if the were still being made. One couple stopped us while we were visiting a lighthouse, they knew what the car was and wanted one. They were from Washington State. I know they want one, a potential new member to our ranks. Gave them the forum web address.

When I got back I saw a couple more coupes and roadsters at home in Rhode Island. Met some folks at a car show last night that have a black coupe, a guy with a black coupe drove by and another black coupe owner stpped by to chat. He learned a few things and may become a member as well.

I just spent the last eight days on Block Island. I did not see one Crossfire on the island. As a matter of fact I have never seen a Crossfire on Block Island. I wonder if there ever has been a Crossfire on Block Island, my favorite summer hang out.

 

Looks like you will have to take your car over there and show them what a nice car looks like!

 

Followed a black roadster yesterday for about 15 miles. Car was nice and Driver was pretty good too.
Was in the Worcester/Rutland area.

 

Red roadster today in Brookfield, ma. on Rt. 9.
