Default Final Fall Fling

We are looking for ideas for a Final Fall Fling. Temporary Plans will be October 18 or 19 in a central area...Connecticut River Valley Greenfield MA area Cruise in Berkshire and Green Mountains picnic etc. When plans are finalized we would like to give out dash plaques and/or Run pin probally based on the NEX Logo Minimal cost $5 andmoney put back into the activity or donated.

I would like to open this idea up for refinement from forum members. This is everyone's forum lets work together and have a great final fling. Maybe Casper might have 4100 miles on his xfi by then.

RODIMUS

Marshfield is about 1 1/2 hours from Greenfield area. Albany, New York maybe an hour away. NY would be a great and welcome addition to a Fall Fling and of course any Xfi or 2 seat sports car is welcome. I extend a special invite to the central NY group to join us and send suggestions. Hope you and your bro can make it.

I replied to the other thread already. If you keep the miles down to under 300 I'll go.
I should have closer to 5000. It will be over 800 for me to Carlisle and back.

It's a good idea that needs some personal attention. I'll help with the planning and all. How's about Laconia, NH? Not too far away and all the touristas will have said adios by then.... Might be a good trip to go on. Let's see if we can get Stan-(the man) to put his dos centavos in....Do you think I may be drinking too much tequila. ! tequila,2 tequila, tree tequila, floor.
Crossfirefun....Miles, Miles, we don't worry about no stinking Miles!!!!

Almost all Northern New England will have heavy traffic then as best foliage is the week after Columbus Day and Laconia and Lake George should be packed. I got some feed back from some upstate New Yorkers too.

I'm game for whatever majority wants.

Not the back roads, they are less travelled and gorgious scenery too. I'll try to remember this place that I found in New Hampshire with an old gas station. I'll send the pic to you. Really nice, like the gas stations of old when The guys used to come out and check your oil and fill your tank for $.35 a gallon. We could get some uniforms and do it up right. Fun and cool!!!

Casper

The only way your xfi is going to Carlisle is in an air conditioned trailor and a dust off stop every 100 miles. Do you rent an extra room for it?

Remember it was mentioned way back in another thread.

blackxfire, you know that I have a poor memory. I can't recall stuff that happened yesterday.
Do you know where the thread is located? I'll be more than happy to see if I can remember where far western MA is. Like Pittsfield and that area? Is that what you are thinking there Bunkie?

Mohawk Trail is Western Mass...runs from Greenfield to Williamstown. As I mentioned every legit idea is on the table.

Way back under this thread heading. One of the first threads when we got our own section. There is a picture of the map and route planning there.

New England cruise suggestions needed!

Map pic and route was mine. Any more input here? We had a few Pa./ Long Island members express interest.
we would need to give them time.

Hey Fun,
Are you going to head up this cruise?
If so, what gives? Seems this thread has been dead for a while.
We should be planning for it now.

I thought we were skipping this and doing the park thing? I kept 10-19 open.
I don't have any free weekends now until november and mine will be sleeping by then.
We can do a quick meet and go if you all want to.Same route as the last trip in 05. I might have a free sunday. I will have to check.
Everyone chime in, I will make time if I have too. We need to go fast though.
