I don't know about that anymore....

We were getting pressure, hence the 60 yards rushing by Cassel.

Brady is great, but he is a statue back there. I'm really looking forward to next season. Brady might never be the same anyway.

It's going to be a great finish to the season. We have the Titans next week, should be interesting.

Brady has a much quicker release and is able to read defenses alot better than Cassell probably ever will. Lets not get all crazy and start believing you guys are really that good. You finally got a win playing a severley banged up team on both sides of the ball. Good win for you guys, but lets not kid ourselves.

Your team is weakening. It started last year and continues this year. All good things must come to an end. The Jets are improving every week and fans are actually looking forward to games now, lol.

Next year it seems you will be surprised at the fact that the Pats are just getting old. It took Donavon Mcnabb 18 months to get back to his true form from his ACL, and Brady has the MCL issue too. So lets not kid ourselves. Crazy I'm not, just look at the stats were top 5 in almost every category, or maybe the stats are just joking with us

Brady's release is going to have to get much quicker than, because your offensive line is just offensive. Good luck the rest of the way though, its going to be a good season.

I'll agree that our O line is dropping the ball and has been dropping the ball since last, but our defense is always pretty decent and tho our injuries hurt us they also help us now that we get to play young players. By next year they should be better and experienced. The O line will definitely need some upgrading in the offseason. What makes the Patriots sustain even in the face of major injuries is the system. Fundamentaly the system and both sides of the ball are strong so their won't be a complete drop in winning klike you guys. We have superior coaching and desciplined players. We will be good for the forseeable future.

Can't you just let me have my moment?? I'm a long suffering Jet fan, these positive things are like Super Bowls for us. I get it, the Pats are good. It is completely unrealistic to think that they will be good forever.
Hopefully in my lifetime I can enjoy winning as much as you have. If I don't keep the faith now it's going to be damn hard forking over $10,000 for PSL's, especially when good ole Bobby Kraft didn't charge PSL's. Just another reason for me to hate the Pats..

I agree that kind of win is like a super bowl. I used to say that whenever we beat the patriots or colts. Were having our struggles with the O line as well. The defense has saved ben in too many games. I would like the coach to give Leftwich a little more playing time especially the 4th quarters when Ben is usually hurting by then.

Despite all their injuries they keep pulling off wins. You know I'll be rooting for them when you play the Pats.
Leftwich looked good when he as in too. I bet the Jags wish they never released him now, with their QB issues.

Nice win for the Jets this weekend. Looks like Favre is going to take them to the playoffs. The Pats had tough one over the Dolphins but the free agent quarterback saved the day again. It's going to be tough making the playoffs if the Jets don't lose a few games. The Steelers don't have it any easier either only one game ahead of the Ravens and a few tough games to keep 1st place. Blue it's on this weekend Patriots, Cowboys, Ravens, Titans, then finally the Browns.
Here's the Pats last games. Steelers, Seahawks, Raiders, Cardinals, Bills. I see the tough games being the Steelers, Cardinals, and Bills. Basically your in the same boat as us, can't lose one game or best case scenario is a wild card.
Jets schedule Denver, San Francisco, Buffalo, Seattle, and Miami. I think the Jets have the easiest path to the playoffs. Looks like the conference is yours to lose.

Yeah that was a great win yesturday!! I'm not going to gloat like some other nameless forum members on here though.(BlUEMDsrt6)

I'm counting on the Steelers to beat them, that should give us some breathing room. It is ours to lose, which is a great feeling...(for once)

Good win, I guess you guys are better than I thought. That was a quality win against another strong opponent. You definitely have the easier road left to win the division, and I think you will win it. I think the Pats will end up as a wild card. Nobody in the AFC is heads and shoulders better than anybody else so its going to be up for grabs in the AFC playoffs.

NOW LETS STOMP THEM SORRY STEELERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why Thank You

Our overall schedules are identical except you play the Steelers and we had the Titans...

Matt Cassel is going to get a big contract somewhere next year. How crazy would it be if Favre left and the Jets got him??

We should either try to keep him as our backup, or better yet if he's under contract, try to trade him for a really good pass rusher or a really high draft pick. He will definitely have some worth if he keeps his play up like this.

I hate to say it, but I'm actually happy for him. He was getting bashed by everyone, including me.

I will retract previous statement if we have a playoff game, lol..

The defense wins yet another game. Didn't you love that hit when polamalu tipped that ball and the patriot receiver got jacked. A flag was thrown but it was worth it. The only bright spot for New England was Cassell didn't get hurt. Troy wasn't going to hit him because they are old buddies from USC. Cassell did get sacked pretty hard in the 4th, and he got up rolling. Like WTH just hit me!!! With the Jets losing it's still anyone's playoff spot. I really didn't think they would lose today.

Well, atleast we played one good half before imploding. That game was hard to watch. I give you credit tho, your team didn't let the weather get to them. That was probably the worst weather to play a game in. Congrats to the Steelers and all of their sorry fans.

I'm not happy, obviously....

But I think the Jets needed this eye opener and will hopefully run the table now.

Thank god the Steelers pulled out the win.....

Its the defense that gets stronger in the second half, just the int's have to stop. The D can't wiin them all. Hopefully our offense gets going because the Ravens look like they are peaking at the right time. Next week is bigger for us, have to beat down those cowgirls. That's the game we can't lose. It's bragging rights for the next 5 years.

Well it looks like the Patriots, Jets, and Cowboys will be watching on the sidelines this year. Blue are you ok. Maybe we should send someone to check up on you....

The Pats better look at keeping Cassel since I just saw on Sports Center that Brady may miss the 2009 season. That surgery of his is still causing problems.
