My car was bought new from Paul Bailey's in NK (not by me) and I have not been to them for service. Fred Smith in Wakefield has closed it's Chrysler dealership, although they may still be doing Chrysler service. I have only bought some aftermarket stuff from them...no service.

I work in Westerly and have used America Chrysler for a wheel replacement under waranty, and they were very nice to deal with. They do have a couple of Crossfire's for sale there now, so they "should" have the proper maintainence team to service them. BUT other than that wheel replacement thing, they have not touched my car. Sorry, that's my only experience here in RI so far, and frankly, that's how I 'd love to keep it.

Peace
Paul

To add my two cents, I've found that Paul Bailey's is a ripoff. I got that from a whole lot of folk that have PT Cruisers. I personally have never shopped them. I found a dealer I liked in Lincoln but they closed. I hear that most of the techs went to Metro. I went in there and spoke to a salesman, wasn't impressed. The service dept should be much better though.
Look for my post about tires. I found an honest place in RI for any tire issue you may have. Please read.
