Next Sunday (Aug 15) in Putnam, CT they are having their 5th annual car show/cruise with burn outs..they shut down the entire street and let you act like a kid with out having to worry about tickets.

If I didn't already have plans that weekend I would definitely come check it out. Seems like a pretty decent event.

 

Show was fantastic! Offcially over 3000 cars of all types. I was the only Crossfire that I saw.

Burnout pits were impressive as well as the Motorcycle demos. Unfortunately a water main broke in the burn out area leaving the town to shuffle vehicles and put the pit in a far from ideal location in the afternoon.
