Talking Finally an owner

Hi everyone, well finally I own one after searching for a while.
New owner of a 2006, Aero Blue XFire with low mileage.
My mates at the garage have checked it out and all I need is new rocker gaskets as have a very slight leak.
Despite this my new baby will be my renovation project so no doubt will be on here a bit asking questions and trying to obtain items.
I have already removed all the wiper arms and rubbers and seals, unblocked what looks like 8 years of rubbish down the drain holes, trim around the windscreen re softened the rubber seals and reconditioned them what a difference that has made.
Next job wings and front bumpers off to clean behind and re wax all, the nuts bolts and joints.
Anyone else done this type of work if so what have you come up against?
Look forward to chatting and hopefully meeting other XFire owners, let's keep that fire alive

Look behind the door seal at the bottom of the doors, rust starts there and it goes un-noticed.
Go here and get the Service Manual and learn a lot as well.
