Can a 5×110 wheel with 65.1center be fitted to a 5×112 hub with 5×112 hub

You mean 66.6 hub?
Redrilled and bored I guess it could be done, but why bother?

If the hub fits, there are wobble bolts that are made for a 114.3 to fit on a 112.
If you have them.
I had mine redrilled
