Default New Crossfire owner

Hi everybody. How do I start. After 13 motorcycle accidents ( Two were not my fault ) and getting close to retirement my wife will not let me get another bike. She did tell me I could get a car. I have a post 1970's house so my double garage will fit a full size car at an angle or two Prius's with guaranteed door dings. I've had muscle cars and BMW's but I wanted something different and unique. In my search I typed " Small car " and one was the Crossfire. I never really cared for them when they came out and I do remember not really seeing a lot of them. But as I looked into them I started falling in love with it's styling. After researching this car it sounded amazing ( most reviews were pretty bad ). These are really rare cars. Just what I needed to spend my pension on. I found a 2005 SRT-6 at a shady used car lot. It's a little rough, clear coat coming off the trim, rock chips all over the hood and the tires had serious dry rote. It only has 53,000 miles. Sat so long they had to put a new battery in it. I took it for a test ride and it was like a GoKart with 330hp. So of course I bought it!! Looking forward on doing a lot of repairs/maintenance with the help of this Forum.

Welcome to the family and the forum! Take whatever you've heard about the se cars and throw it in the trash!
They're fun to drive and easy to work on for the most part.

There are a lot of knowledgeable people on here.

He's a no nonsense type of guy, but he is very helpful.
