How do I replace them and where do I get them

The tip of the rocker all but one on the intake side are stiff and spin free but the last one closest to the cab pushes in and u can here pushing fluid back through the rocker shaft sounded like a pound rpm bases knock and that's the only thing I can find that would cause the knock. Kinda hoping they make a more aggressive cam for it
