Endless Summer Cruisin' IX in Ocean City, MD
PF,
Thanks for the info, looking forward to seeing you there.
Pat,
If you're planning on going on Saturday morning, let's hook up, it's gonna be an early morning run, but would be fun to run together. Do you know if Jason (04Fire) is coming? 22Blk?
*Also, I have a bud who has a house in Bethany, I'm going to look into borrowing it for friday evening, so we could possibly go the night before. I'll let you know if that's an option.
Tony,
check in with PF about those rooms, if you can, that might be a good deal. But you won't be disappointed in Rehobeth if you end up there.
Sieglet,
Let's make sure we get our "rally point", I'll shoot you a note with contact info.

PF,
As far as Saturday goes with the Boardwalk Parade, the way it's worked in the past is a lottery system. You need to pick up a ticket from a guy at the entrance to the inlet parking lot very early Saturday morning. There's a limited number of tickets, so if you want to be in the parade, I'd advise getting there early. We've always gone down around 6:00 am and have never had a problem getting a parade ticket.
It's obviously not required to be in the parade in order to be a part of the show at the inlet parking lot, but I think it's fun to "cruise the boards" and let everyone get a good look at your car.
Senna,
I'll be watching for your note.

Ichon, that would be great...hope you can make it bud.
Tony,
It looks like we have 5 confirmed, and possibly Ichon can make it as well. Patpur will not, unfortunately, be able to make the trip.
A small but excited group for sure.
I did not hear back from JD either, I'm going to try him again and see if he's got room in the schedule to meet up.

Looks like an awesome weather forecast! Let's hope it holds up! Can't wait to see all the shining examples of beautiful Chrysler engineering!
Having gone to this show the last few years, I can tell you it wouldn't be an Endless Summer Cruisin' show WITHOUT rain in the forecast. Oh well...a little humidity never stopped us from having a good time!
6 hrs later and i'm done.
just finished cleaning her in and out and waxing the hell out of her, put on her blanket and put her to sleep till friday. Ready for my 5 hr ride down, I don't want to see a rain drop.
P.S. I am talking about my Crossfire not my wife.

LOL...i'm on the same plan T! I cleaned the wheels the other day, did the interior (sans vacuuming) and engine today, wax tomorrow. I just noticed I have a scrape and a chip in my wheels, grrrr...too late, she'll have to go as is.
See ya there bud.
See ya there bud.
We're taking the easy way out. Yellow roadster goes in to the detail shop on Friday for a front-to-back, top-to-bottom, head-to-toe, in-and-out, overall clean and wax! The guy at the shop knows us as soon as I tell him I'm bringing in the yellow Crossfire.
There'd better NOT be any freakin' rain!!!

Have you guys checked the weather? they are calling for rain thurs. night through sat. night sat. rain heavy at times.
I'm thinking of canceling, for me its a at the least with no traffic a 5 hr drive.
It would suck to drive all that way and it's a wash out,the weather here is going to be ok and there are a couple of shows i can go to.
I don't know what to do, if i am canceling i need to make up my mind by 12:01 tonight so i'm only out of $25.00 for the hotel and $45.00 for the show.

I can say from experience that, rain or shine, the show will be going on. There may not be as many people actually SHOWING their cars if it's raining, but as they say, "the show will go on."
Having said that, I completely understand if some folks want to cancel, especially if they are driving a long distance like acrispy1. Not much else I can really add, except that I'll be there rain or shine. Hope most of you all can make it, too!

Tony,
Completely understandable. As for me, I'm going at any rate. I'm just trying to decide if I'm getting a hotel for Friday or not. My friend with the Beach house is MIA. Sieglet, see you there bud...
