So after 3 months of not seeing another Crossfire on the road, I see two in one day.

First Sighting:

About 7:30 pm on Route 50, right before the Route 28 exit. The Crossfire was a SSB Coupe.

Second Sighting:

About 8:00 pm on Waxpool Road, heading towards Ashburn. Crossfire was a Blaze Red Coupe.

Is this anyone on here?

 

i saw 2 today (coupe & roadster) on the road as well in columbus, ohio.

 

I moved my son to Austin Texas this past weekend, did not see one the whole way there or back. I did see a black one on the road and an Alabaster one parked in a plaza in North Austin. I did look for yours in Columbus, but it was about 1 am Monday morning, it was probably tucked in for the night.

 

Pulled into Dunkin Donuts this morning next to a blk '05 roadster. Turns out it was the owner of a local car dealer and it's his personal ride. He has choices of any car but he really likes the XF ragtop a lot. Still not happy with the way they performed in the market.

Other than my hook ups with Patpur and 05fire, don't see many around.

 

You guys need to take a road trip to Michigan. I live in a smaller town and see at least 2 - 4 a day!!

 

True! With all the XF's in Michigan, too bad we couldn't get more for the thumb run this weekend (9/9/06). I guess they don't all know about the forums. Their loss, I guess. I'm looking forward to it anyway!

I'm on Long Island with several million people and can literally go weeks without seeing another one. Yet the other day on my 10 mile ride home I saw 3 BMW 6 Series convertibles. I love the exclusivity!

 

The most i have seen in one day was 3 and all in a matter of 5 min. not to mention the one i saw the day before. To tell you the truth i wasn't to happy. I like the idea of being exclusive but didn't feel exclusive that day.

 

Near me I have seen a Black Coupe (not sure if it was a Limited or not) parked at Millbrae BART garage on the same level as me.

And I've seen a blue roadster in Oakland, CA.

Other than that... It's been nearly 5 months and no other sightings during that period... not even near the Chrysler dealership where I bought mine.

I too love the head turning capability of this car.

 

Saw a white coupe tonight and invited him to the site.

 

Lol, it appears that many of the xf's started life there, mine was an exec car in MI...I'm very interested in doing the Cruise near detroit next year. My wife's Aunt and Uncle live up there and I've spoken with them about doing this. Would like to know if you MI guys (and gals - MIRoadster!) are thinking about organizing anything?

 

You may have seen mine in Austin.

 

The one on Waxpool towards Ashburn would be me. I had it for six months and enjoying every minute of it.

enport567, Don't know what part of town you are in, but we saw the black Crossfire on W Parmer just coming over 35. My son just moved into an apartment on Dessau Rd. I was only there a couple of days, but it looked like a pretty nice city. He has been there 2 weeks and really seems to like it. My wife and I are planning on coming down at Christmas time, that trip won't require towing a U-Haul, so the Crossfire will be the preferred mode of transportation. Hopefully we won't have too much snow to get thru getting out of Ohio.

 

Yeah, I work off of Parmer Lane. You may have seen mine. Austin is a great city. Hopefully I can organize a meeting sometime.

 

I just got back from a short trip to Monterrey, Mexico and had a Crossfire sighting. It was a white Coupe. It was kind of nice to see one down there, since I don't get to see any in my area more than once per month. I talked to the guy who owned it, and he told me that in Mexico Xfi's are sold my the Benz dealer. I though this was interesting since Chrysler has a big presence down there.

 

I actually parked next to an srt-6 graphite exactly same as mine in Fort Lee New Jersey, at the diner, but the owner didn't come out for the time I was eating because I had a good view of both cars...and I just left.

I was at Zions National Park on the 20th OCT and saw a white xfire from Nevada and also a gray roadster xfire mine was the red coupe.
Awesome because since I'm from North UT I don't see any crossfires. So If that was you say HI!
