I just had my oil changed at Pence Chrysler in Ashland, VA and I had a really good experience. This is the same dealer that fixed the leaking window seal I had a while back. I got there almost an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment, but they took me right in and finished the job in about 30 minutes. The total bill was just a bit over $100. After I got the car back I gave it the once-over and discovered that everything was done correctly, right down to the torque on the oil filter cap. The only negative thing I have to add was that they forgot to reset the FSS (which is no big deal because I can reset that myself in about 15 seconds) and they put one of those annoying oil change reminder stickers on the windshield. Overall score: 9 out of 10.
