Hmm... I noticed lots of new people over on Face book posting up for NWCF, but I have seen none of them here? Are we not letting them know about crossfire forum, or are they just wallflower Facebook addicts.

 

People go where they WANT to go. Members know about the forum and see it as a great place to go for answers and such but they find Facebook easier, more user friendly and replies to a posted problem or question answered quicker. I've heard comments that they don't want or have the time to have to search through the threads to find what they are looking for when they can post it on Facebook just as easily. But I think when it's not a social thing and they need some serious answers they know where to go. If you feel the need to remind people about the forum. Knock yourself out. As a club coordinator I'm going to go where most my NWCC members are which happens to be Facebook.

Nice id like to get everybody near by together and head out one of these days. I've only ever seen a handful of xfires around here. Very far and few between lol

 

That is far a few between anywhere...I would say only about 25000 or less in the US...Just a guess>?

I just bought a 2006 red crossfire roadster. I am in West Seattle. It needs filters and valve cover gaskets. I am new at this and just wondering if there is a good mechanic for the crossfire near Seattle. Thank you in advance.

Welcome, I do not know anyone in W seattle or south seattle but your best bet is to look for an independent german car mechanic near you. Changing the filters is easy, and so is making the gaskets, but it takes some time. I would offer to help but I am just too busy at this time.
