95 to 105 octane gas
Does anyone know where I can get 95 octane gas or 100-105 octane race gas in the Portland area? I need some more boost for the track. Thanks for any tips.

go to the sunoco website and they have a search engine for stations that sell 100 octane gas. many of them sell it.
or you can get a gallon of klotz octane booster for $60 shipped that will make 128 gallons of 95.5 octane or 64 gallons of 98 octane or 32 gallons of 100.5 octane gas. It is a lot cheaper to go that route than to buy 100 octane fuel.

If your going to mix with 91 gas - make sure it (the 91 gas) does not have ethenol mixed in.

Brian, Thanks. The Rocket distributor is just over the hill from me. I have to buy a 55 gal drum, but it is there. 111 octane for $477.

With the 111 octane you can blend down and reduce your costs..
If your ECU is pulling timing due knock sensors, pre-detonation etc.. you will get some timing back....
If I used my SRT for a daily commuter, I would be happy with the sorry 91 octane we brew here in CA. Sometimes when the SRT6 is on empty, I will fill about 1/4 to 1/2 a tank with 91 and then next chance I get - blend with the "good stuff"... I've learned to avoid Valero gas station in the LA area.
Good luck.. I look forward to seeing you lay down a 12.2X run.. The only So. Cal track is closed to street legal drags until November.
Brian, that was my plan. I can mix it 50/50 with my 91-92 pump stuff and get a nice 100 octane. I think I need to bite the bullet and invest in a set of drag radial and 17" wheels so I can hook up and use all the power I have. I think my spining a little every time I launch is killing me. I wish they would put that VHT down every week. They did that a couple of weeks ago and I got a 1.7 60' on my Ecsta SPT's(before the ECU tune).
